Quest Liner Mobile is a mobile scanning solution offered by Quest Liner Inc. This app allows drivers to easily submit their documentation from their smartphone or tablet. It provides drivers with the convenience of submitting paperwork wherever is most convenient for them. In addition to improving productivity for drivers, Quest Liner Mobile also helps expedite payment by facilitating faster submission of paperwork.

One of the key features of Quest Liner Mobile is the ability to receive notifications of assigned loads directly on your smartphone or tablet. The app also includes a map that allows drivers to view destinations and find truck stops along the way, helping them better plan their day.

Drivers can easily submit documents to the human resources and safety departments using Quest Liner Mobile. The app also enables drivers to send accident and/or damage photos directly to the safety department for review. Additionally, drivers can access key scorecard information through the app.

Quest Liner Mobile also includes an interactive map that allows users to locate the closest TRANSFLO Express truck stop as well as approved fuel stops along their route. This feature provides drivers with easy access to necessary resources.

With all of these features and functionalities readily available at their fingertips, drivers who use Quest Liner Mobile are well-equipped for success. Registering with the app is a simple process that requires entering the Fleet ID provided by the carrier and a valid email address. Once registered, drivers can start using the app immediately.

• For best auto-border detection, place the document on a dark background that contrasts with the page.
• Make sure you have good ambient light for optimal results.
• The app allows you to toggle between the built-in camera and any other camera app on your phone by accessing the Settings icon in the top right corner of the main menu screen. This way, you can choose the camera that works best with your phone.
• Review the images carefully before sending them. After submitting the documents, you will receive an email confirmation with a link. Click on the link to review the images once more.
• The images are transformed to remove background colors and shading, as well as convert document content to black. This helps minimize data usage.

Quest Liner Mobile provides reports on accident and claims submission location, document scan submission location, and load pickup and delivery locations. Please note that continued use of GPS running in the background can significantly impact battery life.
